Colon Hydrotherapy For Dummies (VIDEO)

In the last couple of weeks, I posted two videos about colon hydrotherapy. While they were both informative in their own way, I later found this video below. By far, this one is the most indepth video documenting the details of a hydrotherapy session.

First, the guy talks about how he did a 40-hour water fasting. He later admits that doing a juice fast would’ve been easier and probably more beneficial. So, do your research before trying any cleansing fast.

He then goes on to get a colon hydrotherapy treatment, despite the fact that he has no idea what it is all about. He starts off talking to the hydrotherapist. She explains what will go on during the treatment session.

This is easily the best video I’ve found on YouTube that discusses colon hydrotherapy. It’s very informative, but provides a few splashes of humor along the way. If you’re interested in getting this treatment done, be sure to watch this video first.

And please don’t forget to discuss hydrotherapy with your doctor, as well as do the proper research, BEFORE undergoing any treatment.
