Colon Cleansing History Lesson
A few weeks ago, I posted this colon hydrotherapy video. I recently just found this other video of a guy named ‘Captain Colon‘ discussing the importance of maintaining optimal colon health.
The quality of the video is not great, and it may be wise to turn up the volume on your speakers. The Captain basically gives an eight-minute history lesson about cleansing the colon.
It’s a pretty cheesy video, with some pretty wild claims… But nonetheless, Captain Colon makes some pretty good points about why maintaining a clean colon is beneficial to your longterm health.
