The Most Important Thing to do when deiciding on a particular cleanse is research a few of them, and see what is best for YOU! There are numerous products and diets to go along with them, so see what will fit your lifestyle the best and go from there.

There are definitely many differences between herbal colon cleansers and oxygen colon cleansers... This is what people don't seem to realize. Not ALL colon cleansing products use controversial herbs. Thats one of the main reasons why colon cleansing products get such a bad rap... is because of the negative side effects of some of the herbs in the product formulation.

I personally prefer oxygen colon cleansing products, over the herbal colon cleansing products. I don't like the way herbal cleanse's "bulk" up inside of me. I feel bloated all day... sometimes herbal colon cleansing products give me constipation... which is one of the things they are SUPPOSED to prevent!

I have tried both herbal and oxygen colon cleansers.

I personally prefer the oxygen colon cleanser better. Mainly because I could actually feel it working. It wasn’t complicated or hassle. It was only a week or so long, and I could feel that it worked.

The herbal cleansing was more of a hassle, because I would have to mix fiber shakes every morning and brew laxative teas pretty much ever nite. For the first week or two, I was fine with it, but as time went on, it just became a big hassle. At the end of my two months, I couldn’t feel that it did anything or not.

I don’t know. I’m not the best judge of this stuff, certainly no expert… but I just personally prefer the oxygen cleansers better.

Hi. I just wanted to say that I agree with your post.

I've always suffered from chronic constipation. For the last twenty years, I've been taking laxatives from my doctor. I finally wised up and realized that it wasn't good for me to do that. So, for 6 years now, I've been taking P&B shakes, which have both helped & hurt me. If i drank alot of water, it would seem like I had full bowel movements... I would seldom have any constipation problems. Maybe only 8-10 times a month I would be constipated. BUT, I finally realized that if I didn't drink enough water (1.5-2 liters per day) I would get really constipated.

I mean really, really constipated! It was worse than 'naturally' being constipated

I just recently tried an oxygen colon cleanser about 4 months ago, and it worked pretty good. I did the 7 day cleanse, and I didn't get constipated for the entire month. The beginning of next month, I did another 7 day cleanse, and I still haven't been constipated.

I have been very, very happy with the oxygen colon cleanser. It works better for constipation, then the herbal shakes. at least in my opionin.
