I have always been very healthy in fact, I have only been to three Doctors in my lifetime. Couple years ago, I was beginning to have problems with irregularity. Nothing serious. About a year ago, a phamacist recommended Cascara Sagrada. I started taking one daily, as it was losing "it's" punch, I began taking two in the morning.About two weeks, I was beginning to feel cramps and totally clogged. Needless to say, it scared the heck out of me and I stopped taking them all together. After a couple weeks of no movement,for immediate relief, I took something called Citroma. this thing was great. Just minutes after taking it, I was in the bathroom. I was there for three hours. I think I left all the gunk behind and I felt great. the problem? You can't use that product but once in a while. Now, I am back to the cloggines and ready to go to the ER for a cure for it. I am scared to death, but I think it was my fault. Cascara Sagrada, the culprit. I am a 64 years old male.
